Frozen Confection Factory Licence
- The Frozen Confection Factory Licence is for businesses that make frozen confections. Anyone selling ice cream needs this licence.
- Every ice cream machine must hold a valid certificate and be submitted to the FEHD for approval. The requirements look simple, but they are not: first check that the machine you plan to buy is already approved by the FEHD. If the model does not meet the specifications, you may have to wait for a new machine to be approved, which wastes time and effort.
- Free licence consultation. Contact our team.
