Information required to register Shenzhen company:

1. Company Name: (Font Size plus Industry)
2. Registered capital: (capital verification is not required for subscription)
3. Business scope: (subject to the approval of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau)
4. Registered address: (our company can provide)
5. The front of the ID card of the legal person, shareholders and supervisors needs to be photographed and sent to us
6. The legal person and the shareholder can be the same person, and the legal person cannot be a supervisor. Shareholders can be supervisors.
7. Legal persons, shareholders and supervisors need to go to the designated banks to apply for U shield, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, and Ping An Bank. China CITIC Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank, Rural Commercial Bank. Any of these banks will do. The u-shield needs to be activated. You need to tell us the login password. (Remember: you need a U shield with a USB interface, and the password must be remembered.)
8. If the legal person of the company is a foreigner (Hong Kong and Taiwanese are foreigners), it is necessary to apply for a personal digital certificate, and you need to go to Futian District, Shenzhen to apply for a personal digital certificate, and the address: 11th Floor, Radio Management Building, 3002 Binhe Avenue, Futian District, Shenzhen (Wuwei Building)
